Pros
There are some good front-line employees and people here. But none of them are in management positions. Most good people will leave eventually because of the culture and atmosphere. Corruption is at the core of CEVA.
Kontras
Management is unethical. "Leadership" is a rotating door. Finances are questionable at best. Cutting costs drives EVERY SINGLE DECISION. HR is part of the problem and definitely not the solution. Absolutely no teamwork among "leadership."
