prestige, networking, compensations, travel opportunities, global working, there is so much disorder and disaster that you are able to learn from as much as you want. there is plenty brilliant people. There are several resources that have been aquired which can lead to the knowledge of several technologies, processes and methodologies.
Kontras
working hours are long, appraisals are few, opportunities are restricted depending on who you know and who are you famiiarly related to people. Disconnection amongst areas, disorder and quick reactions are a must. The only thing that doesn't change is change itself. Decisions in the operations are neither planned nor conciously thought. Conflicts of Interest are a day to day situation.
