Pay rate is not good. Management had a tendency to routinely release payment late as well. Overworked with no overtime. Be prepared to work 12-14+ hour shifts and only get paid for the first 10. Management didn't care since they weren't the ones actually doing the work. Little to no support. If you aren't able to figure out the problem yourself, you had no one to call or had to depend on people who normally work during the day and are asleep during testing hours. So you pretty much had no hope and got yelled at the next day if the work didn't get completed.
