Some internal chaos from purchasing other companies, in terms of systems integration and duplication of resources. Layoffs just happen out of nowhere but the severance is pretty good. The culture is where this company struggles. There is a real escalate first approach that leadership seems to be fine with so there are a lot of people keeping the bus warmed up and ready to run you over before someone runs them over.
