Pros
Relaxed Atmosphere, most employees are friendly enough. You can make small talk and chat or just do your work and be left alone. Overtime is possible randomly throughout the year. Can learn some intermediate Windows and iOS functionality.
Kontras
Pay is absurdly low, $17/hr. to start as of 10/1/23. Most employees that have been in the configurations department for 2-3 years are only making $20-$21/hour. No communication, very little organization, extremely difficult to move up within the company. If the pay was reasonable it would be an ok place to work but as it stands, don't waste your time. IMO this is just a place to work if you are desperate, I wouldn't recommend going for a career here. The high paying positions within CDW pay on average, 12% less than comparable corporations.
