You have an opportunity to earn a lot of money in sales. Other positions are average pay.

No work life balance No matter what the goals is, your never there They keep changing compensation They keep taking accounts from Sales Directors, Sr. Directors, Bill Weaver are very disconnected from what has made CDW great They are turing the place into a bunch of average to below average sales people It looks like HP and Dell from an inside perspective People are leaving in huge numbers and Management does not care

I have worked at CDW for 10yrs and every single year they have changed the comp plan in a way that makes it harder for sellers to make money (constantly moving the goal post). Prior to 2020 CDW had little to no lay offs now it is happening every six months. They say the reasons is to reduce cost and improve efficiencies BUT as a company our sales continue to grow along with the C-levels pockets.
