Pros

I work remote from home as a software developer. At the time of this review, I’ve been here for six months and contribute on a variety of projects. I enjoy being part of the software development team at CDS Logistics. The team is small enough to know everyone. In addition to maintaining existing systems, I’ve had an opportunity to work on new products and features. Overall, the managers are reasonable in their expectations and understand the importance of work-life balance.

Kontras

Any work-from-home role has some challenges, especially with team communication. I think we address that well with 1-2 weekly team meeting and online tools. It is just enough meetings to stay on top of things without spending all your time in zoom meetings.

Pros

Hands down the most incredible team of people that I've ever worked with. Met some people who I would consider great friends. I had a fantastic managers who appreciated me and my efforts, and fostered a good work environment.

Kontras

Pay lagged behind industry standard, despite frequent raises. Little opportunity for vertical growth.

This company sucks do not work for them

I have been employed here for 10 years and I have not received a pay rise in over 4 years they do not care about employees at all and instead of providing the employees a raise they give them cookies and pizza but last time i checked you can’t pay bills with pizza and cookies. They also do not feed my family. They do not care about their employees unless you are in management. Some here get paid the same as fast food employees.They tell you they promote within the company but that is a lie! They hire outside and then provide them with sign on bonuses while regular employees are stuck. Most upper management spots are not even posted in the company website. They recently forced a bunch of employees back into the office even if they were hired as remote employees without any care about transportation, family responsibilities, or health issues. With no compensation for travel expenses.
