The tenured account managers get the best territories yielding higher sales figures/higher income for those reps. Extremely high turnover rate for junior sales reps and limited training and support to help one excel. Income fluctuates based on seasonal sales figures.

where oh where to begin.... This is a high turnover, boiler room type of sales environment, makes GlenGarry Glenross look appealing, if only they would pay for a set of steak knives! So the refurbished computer biz is shady, lets start there. If you have some computer knowledge you'd understand there is a good value proposition in selling refurbished technology, provided it has a good inspection before it leaves the door....not so much. Management are the most bizarre people I've ever met, nepotism is policy as is (RA DIO EDIT) kissing. The legacy employees have more of perma pucker on their lips from kissing (Radio Edit) ) than Kim Kardashian does a day before a photo shoot. That's all fine and you can chuckle about over beers after work, however when it affects your income, I drew the line. Paranoia about the business is the culture, calls are recorded, fraternizing with ex employees is cause for being hauled into the CEO (!) office, Everyone in the industry knows about these guys, do yourself a favor and take a course, flip a burger, walk your dog or call your mother....just avoid ending up in this elephants graveyard. The depression level is set to unbearable on purpose, I managed to get out and all my hair grew back, I lost 25lbs and all rainbows afterwards.... Seriously, shady place, bizarre management speaking out of both sides of their mouths and beyond dismal pay. They have many competitors, but these guys are the biggest, by sales volume, but by no means the best.
