Very poor management. The key people have no idea where the company is going, who their targeted customers are, what they want to build and sell.
Terrible work life balance. The management doesn't care about their employees at all.
Working on weekend is a norm in engineering team. The engineering managers micro manages every thing and pushes people to work overtime and on weekends. On an average people end up working every other weekend.
Unlimited pto is a lie.
Poor software development process. Unreasonable release deadlines with lots of features. Most of the times these features have no real world use and are just developed never to be used with lots of bugs.
