CD Baby is a wonderfully diverse small company at the intersection of the Internet and the world of independent music. It's got a fun and cool groove, and lots of really awesome people work there. The benefits package is competitive, and there is a culture of remote work in the development side of the shop.

Because the company is dominated by its parent company and staffing is greatest in the customer service department, it seems that salaries are below market rates, and they struggle to make up for it in perks and coolness.
