Benefits, paid vacation, PERS, and opportunities. Used to be much better and more organized training programs. Decent salaries and contracts provide job security which is important.

Lack of advancement, bitter supervisors who want to reward their friends and colleagues and discredit hard working people. No raises for many years, not even cost of living! Working without contract for two full years. Tons of paperwork and lack of support for what schools need to teach students.
