Fantastic place to work - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei CCIWA: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Flat management structure where ideas are welcomed and new initiatives implemented. The organisation recently went through significant change in management and operating style which has been very positive. Good work life balance, fun staff social events and there is a nice collegiate environment. The work is interesting and varied with lots of networking opportunities.

Infrastructure (building, work space, technology etc) is a bit outdated but that is being addressed. There was also high staff turnover prior to 2019 which could often make it difficult to work as there wasn’t continuity or clearly defined responsibilities but that has significantly improved now.

I worked for CCIWA for nearly 5 years and thoroughly enjoyed working with this organisation

The only con would be the lack of salary increases however the work life balance and ability to work from home was great
