Used to be amazing to work for. Company has had a decline in the recent years with losing contracts. So the program managers now rule by fear, bullying, and allowing toxic cultures to flourish. Toxic middle managers are protected and not held accountable for their bad behavior, they just pass it on to the employees and blame, threaten, and bully.
