Large company, stability, brand recognition

Kontras

Red tape, bureaucracy. Company run in too many silos and not working together as a company. Working cross business lines even if for good of client is not encouraged or rewarded. Individual performance not rewarded; bonuses based on overall company and business line performance whether you have generated revenue or not.

My experience was that upper management does not understand what those in lower level positions do, and they don't take advantage of experience and knowledge of those below them to make strategic decisions.
