Often similar initiatives are done redundantly and repeatedly without allowing the time or resources to be completed, when the cycle begins again. There is also generally a lack of respect and commitment to internal support resources from management. While on the one hand this is sensible, since the sales force generates the income and the support force is an expense, it does not make it an enjoyable place to work unless your career path is oriented toward the brokerage, etc... side of the shop.
