Pay is commensurate with experience. Raises are flat 3%, which isn't great, but better than nothing. Benefits are decent and 401K good.

Micromanaged to death with targets to reach each month, daily huddles that only tell you what you are doing wrong, mandatory tracking and logging of all work completed - like every minute on the clock you have to account for what you are doing in the form of a work order or training etc. Its freakin ridiculous!!!
