No incentive for salesforce 5. IT infra is too old (no wifi, they use LAN) 6. HR is toothless 7. Work location is miserable, no cafeteria, no subsidized food, no perks 8. Casio Japan has myopic vision, they don't research Indian market, high performing products get discontinued at whim just because the management wan't more Overall Profits or it doesn't work in international markets. They don't understand that scale gets profits too.
