Pros

Schedule pretty much banker hours, pto hard to beat with the overall paid holidays and vacation days you get,

Kontras

Pay not horrible but once you get your feet wet your gonna feel like you should be making a couple more dollars on the hour. Micromanaged classic example of to may chiefs not enough indians. Overboard with number crunching there is a review of everything you do which can get old real quick. This is one of those jobs if your staying at long term its based on your work scedule and pto more so then any overall salary your gonna make while employed here . Think state job everything great not so much yearly salary.

Pros

I feel that I was paid appropriately for my experience and my work, and the incentives were wonderful. I loved (and still LOVE) the people that I worked with. They helped me through some of the toughest times of my life, and I honestly regret leaving.

Kontras

The job itself is very stressful, but can also be very rewarding. It is also a tad hard to grow, as openings for other positions are few and far between.

Pros

Performance based bonuses, you can take your hour break at once or turn it into multiple small breaks.

Kontras

Went from remote to hybrid (aka in office a majority of the time) with no notice, your health insurance is not free even though you are working for BCBS, overtime is mandatory. Even though you are an "advocate" most of the time you are just explaining to customers why BCBS won't cover their meds/procedure/etc. Prepare yourself to talk to someone's dying granny and not be able to help them at all. :(
