Pay is lower than other places. Not as much overtime as I would like.

Coworkers who help you think things through and are true thought partners. Ability to make mistakes and learn. Approachable leadership.

More work than people to do it. Programs can be siloed - not much synergy/communication between the school, adult day, residential, and early intervention programs.
