Pros

I completed a year in C3IT and so far I am very happy with my decision. Management is very supportive and encourages employees for self development, may it be fresher or experienced, we just keep learning :) together. I learned a lot of cutting edge technologies over the past year and continuing with the same as per market trends. Overall very satisfied with C3IT's great work culture.

The above 5-star reviews you're seeing have all been posted by their current employees. These individuals have initiated an in-house campaign to inflate their positive ratings on Google and Glassdoor. Do not be deceived. There is nothing professional about working with this organization. Their expertise seems to lie solely in bothering you. If you wish to experience a living nightmare, consider joining this company. The top-level management is comprised of individuals of questionable competence, and favoritism reigns supreme within the organization. They treat employees poorly, sometimes resorting to offensive language and dismissing it as a joke, while the managers prove ineffective. They lack any meaningful organizational values. I would recommend staying unemployed rather than working with this company. Despite being in the IT field for 21 years, they haven't surpassed 100 employees.
