Pros

The only pro I can think of is it is free healthcare for a single person.

This company is extremely disorganized. There are managers that should not be management. They talk with employees about other employees. The gossip throughout the building is out of control. Employees know when other employees are getting fired before the employee even knows they are getting let go. They are unprofessional and the business is very chaotic. Management will throw others under the bus to save themselves. There is NO accountability for management ever. There is no structure to this company. The favoritism in this company is unbelievable! Upper Management does not know how to communicate. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. There has been 5 to 6 HR people in this company in the last 2 years. The CEO is impossible to work with. The turnover in other departments are just as high if not worse. Upper management is extremely condiscending to employees. The CEO has people on salary but makes them work as hourly employees when it comes to PTO time and work time. There is a strict 8:30 to 5:30 work schedule that the CEO is more concerned with than the actual structure of his company. There is no work life balance here. There is more time wasted on when people come in and out of the door than getting his departments structured with objectives and goals. There are so many bad reviews on this company that now the management goes on and puts good reviews to try to offset the truthful ones. DO NOT WORK HERE! It is a complete disaster!
