Incompetent management team, toxic business owner and senior management, whole company strategy based on coercive control and fear tactics over staff. OH&S, and psychosocial safety treated as an absolute joke. Saturdays and overtime not paid for nor ridiculous work hours acknowledged. No performance reviews and no opportunity for pay rise.

Great networking, great remuneration, great perks. Overall highly recommend working here for 2 years and take what you learn and network elsewhere.

Management is incompetent, ridiculous internal politics, and $5,000-$12,000 commission withheld upon leaving despite promises to pay the entitlement. You will not get pay rises here so negotiate before you are employed and expect to leave within 2 years.
