Pros
I've been at ByteSpeed nearly 8 years and have seen many changes, but one thing stays the same: how well management treats their employees, and how employees look out for each other. We have a close knit group of employees, both professionally and on a personal level. For example, if a team member is going thru something hard, the team will go out of their way to help in any way possible, whether it be a card, donation, gift basket, or other creative way to show our support and let them know we are thinking of them. We also have lots of fun events, like potlucks, Friday grill-outs, and social gatherings. We spend most of our lives at work, and it's great to know we can count on our coworkers like family.

Communication hasn't always been the best across the departments at ByteSpeed, but everyone is working on improving. There is also an employee newsletter to keep everyone informed of new employees, events, birthdays/anniversaries, and other announcements.
