Management keep changing the KPI metric without clear justification in short notice as a way to quickly filter those who cannot keep up and have them quit. Policies are not made to be relevant to the actual problem or objective. A lot of disparity between us and QA which impacted our KPI but none was taken seriously in a prompt way. The layoff email was done inappropriately. Management was too scared to face the employees' criticism. There were no outlet to ask questions directly to the higher up who made the decision. We were kept in the dark about why the layoff was made. No justification on how the remaining employees who are saved from the layoff were chosen. Everything was done in short notice. We are 'given a chance and time' to apply internally before our last day but HR is not working efficiently to process our application on time EVER and we have to return our laptop, the only method to apply internal job posting, way earlier than our last day of service. Please handle your layoffs properly. Your employees build your company. Have mercy and compassion.
