KPI is hard to achieve ,and assessment is unfair that end up impact performance monthly and yearly. No skill, internal transfer is difficult even tho working for years , no career level. No MNC vibes , same stress like call centre . Watching disturbing content and not worth with the salary and compensation. Better work in some BPO.
