Hire and fire policy with rude higher management - Devops Engineer bei ByteAlly: Mitarbeiterbewertung

They selected me as a fresher for devops and I was asked to go through azure documents(with little hands on). After they assigned me in a project.I had only theoretical knowledge on azure and didn't have much hands on experience on devops and shell scripting.So I asked the doubts from the seniors..They didn't clarify it..So I explored in the interest and did that project. After a day I was terminated . They said I was copy pasting and slow....It was really a painful experience.
