Instead of charging out for a 700 a day contractor they hire you as cheap permanents. They'll low ball you to 90-95 but you could easily get 110K+ anywhere else if you passed their interviews. They have habit of requesting latest skills such as Azure, AWS, Sharepoint, you name it but don't want to pay the "real" price. You'll be lucky to make your probation. Note on seek, you won't see "Byte IT" as they are advertising under "private company" in job requests. Also, you get tested during the tenure by crafty developers who then knife you behind management. Heaps of people have left in protest of treatment and knowing tenure won't be long.
