It's an awful, hostile and entirely unforgiving place to work. There's another review saying the same thing, but it's been buried under fake reviews posted, presumably, by management. One of the reviews above is from another Customer Success rep that has been there more than a year, but there has only ever been one Customer Success or Customer Support person on staff at any given time, and none of them have stayed with the company more than a year.
