      Pros

      - Zusammenarbeit mit den klügsten Köpfen aller Teams, die sich mit vollem Einsatz für das Unternehmenswachstum und die Betreuung unserer Kunden einsetzen. - Extrem werteorientierte Organisation, in der Menschen, die sich im Einklang mit den Werten verhalten, belohnt werden und in höhere Positionen aufsteigen. - Interessante und herausfordernde Arbeit mit viel Abwechslung im Alltag, die alle auf ein Ziel hinarbeiten: mehr glückliche und gesunde Hunde (und jetzt auch Katzen!) zu füttern. - Zum ersten Mal in meiner Karriere stehe ich auf und freue mich darauf, nach Hause zu kommen, meine brillanten Kollegen zu sehen und mich in das zu stürzen, was auch immer der Tag bringen mag – es fühlt sich zu schön an, um wahr zu sein. - Die Führung und das Personalteam sind äußerst hilfsbereit und fürsorglich. Wenn sie zum Beispiel wissen, dass ein Mitarbeiter außerhalb der Arbeit eine schwere Zeit durchmacht, tun sie alles, was sie können, um die Teammitglieder zu schützen und sind flexibel, wenn es hilft.

      Kontras

      - An sich kein Nachteil, aber das Unternehmen und die Führung haben (zu Recht) hohe Erwartungen an jede einzelne Person im Team. Die Arbeit kann daher intensiv sein. Das sollte man jetzt nicht als lange Arbeitszeiten oder schlechte Unternehmenskultur auffassen, aber man muss sich jeden Tag anstrengen, um besser zu werden.

      The culture at Butternut Box and Marro is really good - there is a great team spirit, and the business loves to celebrate wins, which makes for a highly positive and rewarding working environment. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) is deeply woven into the company, with a strong focus on driving awareness across all teams. Additionally, the business actively encourages continuous learning and career development. Depending on your role, they also offer a great hybrid model with a mix of in office and wfh days, allowing for excellent flexibility.

      The work-life balance fluctuates significantly depending on the time of year and specific project deadlines in my particular department. Additionally, it is a fast-paced working environment which may not suit some people.

      It’s a truly mission-driven company, with genuine love for dogs and cats and a strong focus on customers. There is a lot of respect and care within the company, as we genuinely live by our values. There is real ambition and drive to deliver the best possible product all over the world.
