Everyday you have to listen to a "brain washing" of the companies beliefs. For example we had 30 min meetings for a week about how the saying the word "fine" is a bad word. It is always something they are trying to get you to change your thinking. You are given poor reviews if you do not give enough "blue sparkle" statements in meetings. Training. there is not any. If you ask for help then you are complaining.
