Executive Leadership is greatly detached from the day to day stressors of their employees. While not outright stated; the work hard play hard - burnout method - is very largely pushed. Turnover is high for the CSL position with little to no urgency to backfill positions leaving client books to be farmed out to already heavy worked CSLs.
