Lots of good people working very hard to compensate for drastically outdated business systems, processes which don’t work, whole support departments that are failing at their core functions. Great products but cost base is way above what the market will support, lead times which don’t seem to be recovering from the pandemic effect. A sales model that, on the face of it, sounds like a good strategy but is is underfunded, under resourced, under served with products coming out of the factories. Success is reliant on a handful of overstretched sales people. Although lots of decent training content available internally online. Virtually no in person training at a local level and no focus on it.
