Management team is a total boys club; the people in management positions have moved their way up the company into positions that they are unqualified for and therefore decisions are not necessarily well-informed; there is very little growth opportunity; there is little loyalty to anyone, from guides to permanent staff; the company has gone from a cool, innovative place to work and travel with to a knock-off of the other youth travel companies out there like Contiki and TopDeck; the MD has never, nor would ever, travel with Busabout personally and I don't think he really understands the soul of Busabout, he is only interested in making a profit and a name for himself
