Leadership and management culture is extremely toxic and disconnected from employees. Zero job security — long-term employees can be terminated with almost no notice after years of loyalty. Communication from upper management is poor and often dismissive. Discipline and expectations feel inconsistent and sometimes targeted. Morale is very low due to constant fear of layoffs or sudden termination. HR appears to prioritize protecting leadership rather than employees.
