Understaffed, asked to lie to customers, not enough time to enter notes into account before next call comes in. Pushed to make outbounds when not getting inbounds, required to handle several tasks at once, low pay. Performance based incentives offered to very select few, as queue is set up for their favorite few. Each outbound pays 5 cents each on top of minimum wage, but only top 4 are placed in position to make any real money. Starts out great and after 90 days when hiring manager gets comission for hiring you, they want you to be a robot. If you can handle 7 tasks at once for minimum wage this job is for you.
