It’s a shame that I have to give this place a mere 1 star- if it was up to me the rating would stretch back into the minus numbers.
As someone who has been working here for over a year, it is evident that management incessantly points out small mistakes which are made(despite no training). Senior management is a joke, especially with the introduction of new management who are rude, have no personality, lack of knowledge regarding what they are talking about, not to mention their bigoted mindset.
It is axiomatic that if you are not family you do not fit the mold.
As a company who deals with “healthcare”, it’s a pity that the detriment the environment creates does the anthithesis of manifesting a “health care business”.
Furthermore, being watched by the manager on his CCTV dispalys no trust for his employees and the hard work they do.
I’m going to leave it there as I don’t think the word count will showcase the bullying, bemusing and BAD company that this BIG BROTHER HOUSE IS!
