Pros
Good people and colleagues to work with. Rather flexible hours(no clock watching but stay reasonable). People were happy to come to work. Pay scale average for industry but good benefits (extra days off).
Kontras
Some requirement to work at clients sometimes remote ones. Not prevalent though. I have worked in the consultancy branch so comment apply only to that branch. More a service company than a tech company: you have to work with a lot of legacy code and not always have the opportunity to chose your tech stack . Though there are some more interesting projects than others. You have got to be lucky
