Went completely downhill - Mitarbeiter (anonym) bei Buildxact: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Management was off the planet. Completely unrealistic expectations (both from a work hours perspective (hello, 6am meetings!) and an output perspective. We were expected to generate leads with absolutely no budget spent on brand marketing. The C-Suite team had no clear goal. They did not care about their customer. The US team ruled the roost in spite of the fact that it was an Australian company. They drove everyone in marketing to quit. It was TERRIBLE. Plus, due to the US team, we had to do very early meetings - like 6am. The argument was that you could then clock off early, but due to how mad the workload was, that never, ever happened.
