      Salary was good, according to market's standards.

      Toxic organizational culture, toxic positivity. Whole CPO's family is employed, walking around the company like they're above all others. I got fired for made-up reasons: I was doing fine, and was also getting feedback from my manager that I was doing fine, but suddenly got fired with ridiculous claims. I was never fired over those grounds (or any grounds, TBH) from anywhere. It was wrong and humiliating. The hearing was also a joke, they just ignored all my claims without even trying to justify anything.

      The construction industry is amazing and there are some good times at Buildots. The growth of the company has been amazing. Most of the people are fantastic.

      Management has really fallen off lately. Expectations are never clear. Heavy favoritism. Hiring unqualified AE’s and leaders. Morale is really low across the entire team.
