The easiest path is usually the one chosen, not the right one. Upper Management will do their best to leverage both employees and franchise owners. I highly recommend keeping your autonomy or ability to be autonomous. Remember what you see management do to franchise owners, it will be done to direct staff. Companies and individuals are habitual. Progress for an individual can be seen as a detriment to the company. Rating systems like these or google are often spoofed through internal initiatives or cherry picking customers( I mean I get it). Know that the combined review scores are not completely reflective to some degree. I have been a direct part of it in the past.
