Pros
Great PTO, managers are flexible with work/life balance, lunch on Tuesdays
Kontras
No HR - huge con for benefits organization, reporting workplace issues, and having an actual anonymous person to go to No office admin - little daily things are an annoyance Sales walks all over every department in inappropriate ways, but it's okay... because that's the culture bred here Getting the things you need when you first start is so disorganized... laptops are not there when you're hired and you wait weeks.. only to find the laptop you have is old and junk.. hindering you from producing quality work from the get-go Managers are promoted within which sounds great, but many are way too soon and don't have the experience for the role.. sometimes you need to hire outside. Start-up feel is gone.. used to have much more fun and events No charitable work anymore Showing face - sitting at your cube from 8-6 with minimal work seems to be looked at much better than actually producing work in a shorter time The structure on who has offices makes zero to no sense
