Probably the best place I've worked in so far and will really miss it here!
The work-life balance is great as you feel trusted and respected, along with a incredibly friendly workforce who band together to help each other.
Fantastic benefits, private healthcare to name one, which came incredibly useful when dealing with knee complications.

Only one I can think of is just lack of progression and sometimes too much red tape. But the last point is very common for organisation such as this.
