I have worked here for almost 6 years and the benefits are amazing. I needed IVF and it was almost fully covered. My director and assistant director are great and will work with you no matter what it is as long as you communicate openly with them.

Sometimes there is a miscommunication from the assistant director and director that needs to be improved.

The children and parents are amazing. They make coming into work worth it.

Most of the staff are completely unprofessional and immature. The lack of staff members as well is extremely concerning because the constant movement of kids from teacher to teacher creates inconsistency for the children's learning as well as unfamiliarity causing slower progression in learning skills. The lack of staff causes unwell and sick employees to have to take come to the workplace and possibly infecting the children.
