Growth, communication, seeing a difference in the children when they’re learning something new.

I would say there aren’t any cons. I’ve been at bbelc for 13 yrs and if I didn’t love it so much I wouldn’t be here.

The children and parents are amazing. They make coming into work worth it.

Most of the staff are completely unprofessional and immature. The lack of staff members as well is extremely concerning because the constant movement of kids from teacher to teacher creates inconsistency for the children's learning as well as unfamiliarity causing slower progression in learning skills. The lack of staff causes unwell and sick employees to have to take come to the workplace and possibly infecting the children.
