Management will fire you without warning or discussion of any problems or concerns. Job performance is solely based on how many tickets, or sales you get. This job is perfect if you don't care and just want to suck up the hourly wage as long as you can, but be weary of actually attempting to improve the store in any way other than selling average merchandise for above average prices. This companies concern is money and money only.
