Good ole boys club . Senior leadership severely lacks diversity and always has.. Talk a good DEI game with cute programs but no action. Simply take a look at a group picture of senior leadership (1 is not enough, that’s a quota token) and board team . NEVER been a minority on the Board in 25+ years . Feels like we are still in the 1960s. All they throw around is culture this , culture that, but what about value . ….fails to realize a huge part of culture is seeing inclusion happening in high authority positions. It’s sad to see.
