- Considerably Professional Environment - Salary is good enough for strictly entry level people - Work load is manageable - the workforce in Brooklyn office is amazing, very interactive and encouraging

- since they know that the work load is quite less than at other such companies so this is their main argument for having very basic salaries. - U are basically not allowed (or perhaps u're kind of indirectly expected) to point out mistakes of the ppl in Brooklyn office while they 100% can and some ppl there will surely point out all mistakes of workers from pakistan office even when they are unsure about it. It kinda makes it a lil racist ( still i loved working with them they were not toxic at all 7.5/10, they definitely were better than some ppl at pakistani office) - Different departments have their own culture tho everyone is very interactive and there is no toxic bit but when it comes to work if a mistake is made, the team leader of each department will try to make sure that no person from their dep is blamed for it and will try to deal with it which is actually good as well but at times its weird cuz u'll feel like ppl are coming for rescue for their ppl and this might make u expect more from ur team leader. (After i left they changed their office from nice residential place to a corporate tower and I've heard ppl have less opportunities to rest and its lil more work oriented cuz obv the office is in a building and earlier it used to have a nice lawn with Badminton net and lots of open space)
