Pros
Most people would describe working in the IT/contract world as monotonous and unexciting. Companies and contracts may change, but the work typically stays the same - day in and day out. When I started working with BuddoBot I assumed this would hold true, but you Buddo-believe I was wrong! From day one I could tell they were no ordinary company. The CEO personally called me to discuss the company's goals as well as my own. He continues to stay in frequent contact with his employees regarding work matters and will often check in to see how things are going - it's positively refreshing and gives you peace of mind knowing the head of the company truly cares. BuddoBot is more than generous with fun/unique "swag" items and is no stranger to inclusive personnel parties and events. There is an abundance of opportunities to learn/try new things which helps break up the monotony and pushes you to grow as an individual. The benefits are endless, the work is rewarding, and the people are amazing. Glad I took the chance to become a "Buddo"!
