During corona pandemics if employee traveled outside pune once came back and asked for WFH during quarantine days in IT department it was denided and asked to apply for leaves, many employees faced this issue in 2020. 2. Brose India quarantine guidelines were there but in IT Department these guidelines were not followed and employees forced by IT FH to take leaves 3. When whole was fighting with corona pandemics but only Brose India IT department Employees faced lot of stress due to this type of tourche 4. No humanity was showed by IT FH to his employees, this was very disgusting
