1. Initial contact. Professional and to the point. Not pushy. Very respectful of my time. 2. Interviewing process. Timely and professional. I never felt like I was left waiting. Recruiter actively reached out to me with updates. 3. Onboarding process. Laid out clearly and succinctly. 4. Ongoing communication. Just the right amount but always available when I have questions. I have seen complaints in a few other reviews about the benefits, etc. For me, everything is exactly how it was laid out in the interview process: benefits, compensation, PTO, etc. All very clear and there were no surprises once I was onboarded. I have interviewed at about a dozen other contract companies and Brooksource is head and shoulders above the rest in all areas.
